Peter arranged the installation of a full central heating system for my property.

I had old storage heaters and a hot water tank in my property. I was initially dubious as to whether I would be able to get this system swapped out under any scheme. However, Peter made a commitment to me that it was possible and he followed through on his promise. Not only was this old system swapped out for a brand new boiler and new radiators, but this was done very quickly and with little inconvenience.

Throughout the whole process (which took 8 days from initial contact) Peter liaised with the installation company to ensure that whatever I needed was provided to me. Any questions that I posed to Peter were answered very quickly and efficiently by him and to my full satisfaction.

The job itself was also completed very professionally – from the initial gas engineer survey right through to the full installation and commissioning.

I am very impressed with the level of Customer Service that Peter has provided during this experience as well as the quality of the overall job completion.
